SD-10 & Model 2 Double Tornado Siren Test, Short Attack & Short Alert + Siren Ambience - Oxford, GA

Recorded on Wednesday, January 9, 2019. This is a weekly double tornado siren test of the Newton County, GA Siren System. These sirens are tested every Wednesday at 12:00 PM ET. Me and Brendan Williamson (also with Brendan's girl friend) recorded this together. Yes, these sirens were recorded before. But two reasons why I went to this. First reason is Brendan Williamson wanted to re-record this and second reason is I haven't got a recording of this. It was fun filming this, I got to hear my first SD-10. The SD-10 was original serviced in Atlanta, but Atlanta removed their Cold War Siren System long time ago and then this siren was sold to Newton County. Sorry about some wind gusts heard in this video, it was very windy. The siren ambience heard (after this test) is a Modulator 2008, located at Oxford College off of Haygood Avenue, just about 800 ft from these 2 sirens. These 2 sirens are located in Oxford, Georgia at Oxford College's post office/Emory Mail Services. Recorded by a Panasonic HC-V180
