Everything I could’ve wanted happened on this journey. Following this ride, I would pick up some pretty good audio clips that I would ultimately use on my (6) Local Train ride that I did the day prior and it was clear and it was straightforward. And I’m glad that I’m using audio tracks because it’s another thing that is more advanced with this software to play around with, and I wanted to challenge myself with it. I hope you guys respect the fact that I’ve been motivated to try more things. Following everything, there were rumors that by Saturday night the snow would start to hit. And the predictions were right as we would get 8 inches worth of snow here. It’s a bit unfortunate that I wasn’t able to do any runs the following Monday, but everything would be back to normal after recovering from all the windchill. Not only did NYC get hit hard, the windchill at Killington was so high that several lifts had to be closed because some of them can’t run in 30 mph wind, so it was ultimately the right decision to pass up skiing. As the temperature started to get colder and the city prepared for the largest storm in a decade, I hope you guys enjoy this winter midday journey.
