FOLLOW NANCI & ORDER FROM HER BAKERY ►FaceBook:   / nancisbakeshop   ►Instagram:   / nancisbakeshoppe   ►Tumblr:   / www   ►Twitter:   / nancisbakeshopp   #CINHK #CookingInNancisHomeKitchen #NancisBakeShoppe ▼FORGOTTEN COOKIES RECIPE▼ ============================ Ingredients: •½ cup egg whites •1 ⅓ cups sugar •2 teaspoons vanilla extract •½ teaspoon salt •12 ounces mini chocolate chips Directions: •Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. •Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. •Using a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, whisk the egg whites on high until they are frothy. •Add the sugar and mix on high until soft peaks form. •Add the vanilla extract and salt and mix on high until stiff peaks form. •Add the mini chocolate chips and stir by hand with a spoon. •Scoop the cookie dough onto the parchment lined cookie sheets. •Place the cookies in the 400 degree oven and turn the oven off. •Let sit in the oven for at least 4 hours.
