Fight at Plaza Hotel Fort Lauderdale — Crazy, Mental Staff Upsetting Every Customer in the Lobby

Us 10 customers were very frustrated as we waited in line for a very long time. This hotel clerk has been working on the same customer for an hour and it’s really getting the best of us. We spoke up and asked what was going on, and she yelled back at us for complaining. Also, some of us gave up fighting with her and asked for a refund instead. When asking for a refund, she constantly screamed “Yeah, yeah. Get out of my line and I’ll give you a refund” but haven’t made a single move at all. Before this incident, she did fought with the customer and calling her “Karen”, “bitch”, and “white hoe” (I don’t have that footage, unfortunately). I will have the audacity to expose her on the internet to see how much of an embarrassment and piece of trash she is. She’s very rude, mean, and terrible. If she sees this and is mortified, sorry not sorry. I don’t forgive you and your management for putting me through all this pain. This is the Plaza Hotel Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It should only take 5 minutes or less to check-in a customer, so I don’t get what was the problem there. She was very oblivious about what was going on as the line first started with 2 separate parties waiting, then more people piled up behind. Some waited outside the front door in the freezing cold too. Just another note, the female customer (she’s not a Karen) saying that the clerk threw her credit card and driver’s license to the floor was absolutely correct. After the employee entered her information onto the computer, she threw the cards back at her aggressively and they fell to the ground. That’s why the furious customer pushed the table aside to have a closer encounter with her and it suddenly fell on its side. We’re all speaking the truth and the clerk is trying to say the exact opposite. We witnessed EVERYTHING. Screw her.
