I LOVE Arabic cuisine and I have a weakness for Arabic desserts, one of my favorite Arabic desserts is Layali Lubnan or Lebanese Nights Dessert. It's a fantastic Semolina Pudding topped with Ashta cream, pistachios, and sugar syrup. Making Madlouka is fairly easy but does take a bit of time as you have to wait for the semolina pudding to cool for a couple of hours. Trust me, it's totally worth it.
