A walk through how to make these delicious, creamy, cheesy Stuffed Shells using the Ninja Foodi XL Pro Air Fry Oven. Feel free to mix it up and add or change any ingredient to suit your pleasure! As always, Thanks for watching! ~CHEESE STUFFED SHELLS~ //INGREDIENTS// (Filling makes 12 fully stuffed shells) You can double the ingredients to make 24 or to make 2 batches ~And don't forget, you can use a meat mixture if you prefer! 1 box of jumbo shell pasta 1 jar pasta sauce or marinara of your choice 15 oz of Ricotta cheese (you can sub any soft cheese of your liking) 2 cups shredded italian cheese mix (divided) 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 lg egg 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbs italian seasoning salt & pepper to taste parsley for garnish (optional) //INSTRUCTIONS// Cook pasta according to instructions on box. Set aside. (I recommend 'al dente' to avoid overcooking the pasta) In a Med size mixing bowl combine ricotta, 1 1/2 cup of your shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, beaten egg, and seasonings. Mix well until combined, forming a nice smoothe texture. Next, pour about 1 cup (or more) of your sauce and spread to the bottom of sheet pan, casserole dish or whatever cookware you are planning to use. (I used a disposable foil tin). Now you will spoon mixture into each shell. I find a tablespoon to work best, but use whatever works for you. Place each filled shell onto the sauced pan and continue until all the mixture is used up. Spoon sauce over each shell, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Add parsley for garnish if desired. Cover with Aluminum foil, you can use tooth picks to avoid sticking or use a non stick foil. Set the Ninja Foodi XL Pro Air Fry Oven to 'BAKE' 375° set time for 25 minutes. **I allowed 5 of those minutes to be the PREHEAT**. Cook time will be 20 minutes covered using rack level 3. Next, remove foil (and tooth picks) Continue to bake uncovered another 8 minutes, (up to 10 if you like the cheese crispy). Remove from oven, let cool and Enjoy! #chefgirlardee #cheesestuffedshells
