Synopsis The ILO reported in June 2021 that despite economies rebounding from the depths of their Covid-19 pandemic lows and quick action by governments to pass much-needed fiscal stimulus, the pandemic‐induced shortfall in jobs is estimated to remain at 75 million in 2021, and fall to 23 million in 2022. The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) estimated 1 in 5 of fresh graduates in Malaysia is struggling with unemployment today, despite investing a large amount of money and time obtaining their Bachelor's degree. This phenomenon prompts the need for an innovative scheme that aims to promote and develop entrepreneurial skills for students to create potential employment opportunities by producing Unipreneurs. The objective of this Webinar is to identify and analyse the main impacts of COVID-19 on entrepreneurs, their reactions, as well as the support they have received to face the current situation. But as difficult and disruptive as the past years has been for entrepreneurs, these situation has not been, and is not now - hopeless. When business-as-usual is not feasible, entrepreneurs need to innovate, think like a start-up or scale-up, and adapt to changing circumstances. This Webinar hope to help entrepreneurs, especially start-up and scale-up unipreneurs to make these changes.
