"Actually now a days there is not much of complication in open heart surgery, especially in children that they all get benefited if rightly done at right age. So many years of revolution open heart surgery complications are very negligible, unless the patient is very sick you know it all depends on the type of disease a patient is carrying, the complication depend on the type of the disease. Suppose severe disease, the dimensions of the heart becomes too big, heart is enlarged to the greater extent then you can expect complications like the patient is not doing well postoperatively or patient going in to myocardial failure or something, otherwise straightforward cases open heart surgery is no complications are same."
