If you are not mechanically inclined, do NOT attempt this service. Send the shock to your local bike shop so they can send it to Rockshox for service instead This Particular shock is a 2018 SUPER DELUXE RC3 Model ID :MODEL ID: RS-SDLX-RC3-A1 , but the process applies to most newer piggy back style shocks.
