Discipline and Strong Teaching @Kanungu Express TV Bright Future to 2025 PLE Glory At a time when many schools are grappling with declining performance, Bright Future Day and Boarding Primary School in Kihiihi Town Council, Kanungu District, has demonstrated that discipline, committed teaching, and focused learner support remain the true pillars of academic success. ________________________________________ The impressive 2025 Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) results posted by Bright Future Day and Boarding Primary School are being credited to a strong culture of discipline and a dedicated teaching force. The school presented 60 candidates—32 girls and 28 boys—of whom an impressive 53 passed in Division One, while 7 obtained Division Two, making the school one of the best performers in the district. Leading the class was Nabagaada Rose, who scored an exceptional 4 aggregates, the only candidate in Kanungu District to achieve such a result. She was followed by several pupils who scored 5, 6, and 7 aggregates, reflecting consistent performance across the class rather than isolated excellence. The School Director, Mr. Dusabe Richard, attributed the success to early preparation, strict supervision, and teamwork between teachers, learners, and parents. He noted that the school’s approach emphasizes understanding concepts rather than rote learning, a strategy that continues to yield strong outcomes. Cue Director. Head Teacher Mr. Kamala Moses highlighted the school’s unique strength in Social Studies (SST)—a subject many learners nationwide find challenging. At Bright Future, SST emerged as the best-handled subject, underscoring the effectiveness of the school’s teaching methods and continuous assessment system. Cue Head Teacher. As Bright Future Day and Boarding Primary School looks ahead, the administration says the focus remains on nurturing well-rounded learners while sustaining academic excellence. The 2025 PLE performance stands as proof that with the right systems in place, success is achievable.
