❥ open me in the brevity of human life, there are moments in which we ponder about the meaning of it. we wonder about the hierarchy we have created in our society, our past loves, our existence. whether we are truly here or merely living without a purpose matters not. it is the lives we touch and our legacy that will forever live on no matter how brief our stay is on this earth. i had a lot of fun creating this edit. i’ve always wanted to edit to this song as it is a song i think about a lot and it’s a song that makes me feel something every time i listen to it. honestly, i’ve scrapped this edit many a times and even now there’s many things i would change, but i hope it conveys what i see when i listen to it and that kind of freeing moment at the end if that makes any sense. either way i hope you all will enjoy this edit!
