Remove from the pan once the chillies start changing colour approximately 1 minute. Then toast cumin, coriander, mustard seeds and Timur on low flame. Toast for approximately 2 minutes or until the seeds start crackling. Let the toasted spices cool and grind these toasted spices into a fine powder.
