Check out more mazedaar and fit recipes on http://www.fitfoodie.in Follow Saffola Fit Foodie on Facebook: https://goo.gl/QC264L Follow Saffola Fit Foodie on Twitter: @theFit_Foodie Category: Entertainment, People & Blogs Licence: Standard YouTube License Cuisine: Continental Course: Starters Ingredients: 300gms Boneless fish, cut in strips ½ tsp Salt 2 tbsp Lime Juice ½ tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes 2 tsp Mixed dried herbs 2 tsp Garlic Powder ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste 1 packet Saffola Masala Oats Veggie Twist 1tsp Rice Flour 2tsp Corn Flour 2 Eggs ¼ tsp Baking Soda 1 cup Bread Crumbs Recipe Type: Non- Veg Serves: 2 Cooking time: 15 mins Preparation time: 0 mins Fit Foodie Score: 40 Normal Score: 33 Preparation: • Cut the fish into long strips and put them in a bowl. • Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder & lime juice and mix everything well so that all the ingredients are well combined. • Keep the fish aside for 10mins for marination. • For the oats powder, add the Saffola Masala Oats Veggie Twist in a mixer and grind into a powder. • Add the oats powder in a bowl. • Then add rice flour, corn flour, baking soda and eggs and combine everything properly by giving it a good mix • Take a bowl of bread crumbs, garlic powder & mixed herbs and mix well. • Dip the fish strips in the egg mixture and then coat it with the breadcrumbs mixture. Do this for all the strips. • Place the fish on a baking tray and air fry it at 180 deg C. • Serve Hot!
