This video addresses the argument about the legal risks involved in the Voice being able to make representations to the Executive Government. It explains how as a matter of procedural fairness, government decision-makers sometimes have to take account of certain matters that are expressly or impliedly required by the statute that gave the decision-maker his or her power.
