Let's Talk About Jake Muzzin, Anthony Mantha, & Athanasiou (Toronto Maple Leafs / Detroit Red Wings)

Last night between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Detroit Red Wings, Jake Muzzin hit Madison Bowey upon entering the Red Wings zone, while the Leafs were up 4-0 in the hockey game with about 2 minutes left in the 3rd period. Anthony Mantha took exception to the hit, and pounced onto Muzzin afterwards. In the ensuing scrum, both Muzzin and Mantha fell, with Mantha falling on his head and leaving the game, possibly due to any concussion-like consequences. A few minutes later, Andreas Athanasiou, in apparent retaliation for his team, took a run towards Maple Leafs center Alex Kerfoot, resulting in a very brutal-looking yet non-damaging knee-on-knee collision.
