This is Mitesh Khatri… your Law of Attraction Coach. I have made videos on how law of attraction works, how to manifest, and how affirmations work. I attended a meditation workshop of Dr. Joe Dispenza where I learnt guided spacetime meditation. For those who don’t know, Dr. Joe Dispenza is a New York Times bestselling author, researcher, speaker, and advisor to corporations. He has developed a practical approach to help individuals transform their lives. His work brings together groundbreaking discoveries from neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics to investigate the science behind sudden, extraordinary healings. Dr. Joe's mission is to guide people in healing their bodies from health issues, making meaningful life changes, and expanding their awareness. In this video, I’m sharing my Day 3 experience at the Joe Dispenza workshop with my Platinum members. Giving a quick recap, of the last 2 experiences… Joe Dispenza spoke about Pineal gland activation and even showed his famous Joe Dispenza Meditation technique, in his Day 1 of workshop. On Day 2, Joe Dispenza also shared with us the science behind manifestation. He explained to us the secrets of Quantum physics that he has understood in his manifestation journey. He even explained the importance of how changing your beliefs can change your life.  So moving forward, on Day 3 Joe Dispenza focused on the 3 dimensions of life and the 4D and 5D world. He even taught how to manifest from the 5th dimension using coherent breathing. As per Joe Dispenza, the science of transformation is very important while manifesting one's desire. Through Joe Dispenza meditation techniques, individuals are guided on how to enter the 4D and 5D worlds.  Joe Dispenza manifesting techniques involves meditation sessions to align thoughts and emotions where you feel you are No One, Nobody and Nowhere. You are using your mindfulness and just living in the present moment and nothing else. And from there using just one affirmation - ‘I have’, you transcend yourself into the 4D and 5D consciousness level where you can be Everyone, Everybody and Everywhere.  But always remember the key is to expect nothing so that you can become everything. The whole experience was so beautiful that I realized how it is so easy to unlock the power of your mind & become limitless. And this belief of living with a limitless mind is so important to manifest faster.
