EMTV Vlog #10 - I show you how to make the Worlds Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I share my recipe for what I consider to be the worlds best Chocolate Chip Cookies. Chewy, crunchy, chocolatey, delicious! This is a very easy recipe that most kids should be able to make on their own, with parental supervision. Adults will also love them! Recipe: 110 grams of Butter (1/4 pound) 1/2 cup of white sugar 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar 1 Egg 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence 1 1/4 cups of plain flour 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt Set the oven to 180deg Celsius or 350deg Fahrenheit. Cream the butter and sugar. Next add the egg and vanilla essence and beat until smooth. Add flour, salt and baking powder and mix together until you have a smooth batter. Last add the chocolate chips and mix in. Use a spoon to make small mounds on a baking tray. Bake for approx 8 minutes or until golden brown. If using fan forced, reduce your cooking time by approx half. ENJOY!
