Banff National Park & Lake Louise in Winter | Vlog Part 1 |

Join us as we experience for the first time Lake Louise and skiing at Lake Louise Ski Resort in Banff National Park in winter! We packed all we could find to explore and do in just 3 days! This is day 1. We saw THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SUNRISE as we drove through the winding highway surrounded by jagged snow-covered peaks. We explored Lake Louise, enjoying what was left from the ice sculpture festival they held a month earlier. Then we walked along and on the frozen lake, enjoying all the different views of the surrounding mountains as we trekked down the winding, snow-packed paths. We ended the day skiing at the Lake Louise Ski Resort right down the road. We are both amateurs...we can each count on one hand the number of times we've been skiing...on EAST COAST mountains, which can't even compare to the rocky mountain range that runs through Banff. The sights were beautiful, and we even took an extra gondola ride to enjoy watching the mountain peaks pop up all around us in the distance.
