TRIP REPORT | Spirit Airlines - A319 - Myrtle Beach (MYR) to Pittsburgh (PIT) | Economy

Welcome to another trip report! After my bizarre experience in Spirit Airlines' "Big Front Seat", I decided to give them another go... this time in their economy. To start this experience, we were delayed over an hour. When I asked why, the gate agent said "the cockpit door broke", yet they brag about having the newest aircraft in the skies. When I sat in my seat, it immediately felt like a park bench. The seatback pocket (if you call it that) was pathetic. Coke and Cup Noodles cost $7, so not too bad for an airline. After we landed, my back was in a lot of pain. Something else that shocked me was the fact that an upgrade to the “Big Front Seat” were only $16!
