And the advice you take can build you up… or destroy your career, reputation, and purpose. As first responders, we see life up close. Trauma. Success. Collapse. We see what decisions lead to growth — and what decisions lead to downfall. With all the conversation around P. Diddy, The Reckoning, I want to encourage new EMTs and medics to choose mentors wisely, look for character, not clout, and build a life with good fruit.
