The 3rd of December 2021 may not seem like the best day to go day-tripping, but I jump on a Loganair Twin Otter for a flight of 50 nautical miles from Glasgow across to Campbeltown on the Kintyre Peninsula of Scotland (my first time there!), on a flight with just one fellow passenger. As interesting a wee town as Campbeltown was, I decide to keep walking and end up on Davaar Island hunting for a very famous painting of the crucifixion, but will I find it un one of the many sea caves there and still get out in time to fly back home? There's only one way to find out...
