Scroll down for timestamps. I recommend entering training mode with input history turned on to translate to your hands. Otherwise, read on. I wanted to put this up for a number of reasons, one of them being because there seems to be no upload of this tutorial without anyone fucking talking, so here you go. I decided to upload this after recalling the Sign tutorial being really good (at least back then), and I think it holds up. Now that Rev2 is being sold on sale more often than a hooker, I imagine a lotta newbies wanted to jump in, so hopefully you get something good outta this. Rev2's tutorial is like for super beginners, while this is more like getting to know the game. Some things have changed since Sign to Rev2, such as holding Blitz Shield and Burst Overdrives, but you should check dustloop for new mechanics. And yes, I did buy Sign just to go through the tutorial. Figured it'd be a pain in the ass to suggest others to buy it just to witness it; so, save that cash for a burger or whatever. Congrats on finishing the tutorial; though all you did was watch (hopefully with training mode on.) Like Sol mentioned, give your newly found skills a shot in VS CPU to test your reflexes, Arcade Mode to put yourself through a gauntlet, or online if you can find a lobby for a true skill check. If you want to learn even more specific things, check out Rev2's Mission Mode; there's one for universal situations in standard matches, and another for short character Match Ups. And lastly, Rev2's Combo Trials, to learn character combos and proof of concept scenarios. Hopefully I'll see you in the backyard of mayhem, gearhead.
