What a perfect sound! Truly fantastic Pratt & Whitney PW2000 engine harmonics captured in this departure as the sun sets over Atlanta Georgia! Look at all those aircraft packed into all those terminals as we rotate from runway 27R! Many flights were delayed this evening due to thunderstorms scattered across the Eastern United States! In addition this aircraft was further delayed by a medical emergency just as we were about to push back from the gate! Luckily the gentleman was removed from the aircraft without incident and re-booked on a later flight! I had attempted to block out the reading light of the person sitting behind me by placing a pillow between my seat and the wall but the pillow fell down about halfway down the runway as you can tell! I was able to stick the blanket in between the seat and the wall as I was filming as you can see the light disappear as we climb out of the Atlanta area! I love the look of those winglets! Gorgeous time of day for filming! Excellent service on board complete with Personal TV and snack baskets! This aircraft was a former Song airplane in the mid-2000's!
