Disappointing Update on the dbs 2100 PRO

Today I'm revisiting a product I reviewed a week ago . Unfortunately, it's not good news 😕. The product specs are as follows, 2400w inverter output, 2150Wh battery capacity, 1200w solar input and upto 1800w AC charging . The problem is either with the software or firmware idk . I did install the latest firmware before using the product and I always check to see if there was a new firmware to be installed. The problems I encountered are as follows ,it failed the capacity test miserably. It claims 2150Wh battery and I did not even get 1600Wh (I ran the test 4 separate times ). When discharging it goes from 100% down to 40% normally but then it suddenly goes from 40% to 5% in an instant 🤔. And then it dies . When you start charging it either from AC or solar it charges normally from 0%-60% and then it cuts the input power to less 200w til 100% . But it goes from 60%-100% in only 5 minutes while only inputting 200w 😟. Make it make sense ? I've ran it from 100 to 0 back to 100% hoping maybe it can reset the BMS to no avail . I wanted to send it back to dabbsson and get a replacement one but after not being able to post a review on Amazon because apparently there was too much activity surrounding the product that Amazon only reserved that opportunity to a verified purchaser (which I was ). I decided to just get a refund .
