The rotation for Condi DPS Renegade leans more towards to complex side of the spectrum than a lot of other DPS classes. However, I find if you learn and practice the rotation without the Charged Mists trait first and then build from there, I find it makes a lot more sense. Charged Mists does give you increased overall damage and utility but it makes energy management more important and requires you to adapt your rotation depending on the encounter. Because of this, often I prefer running Song of the Mists reduce the mental load at the cost of slightly lower dps. When you are providing Alacrity, it is more or less required to run Charged Mists for the extra energy. Fortunately If you know both the Charged Mists and Non-Charged Mists rotations, you just swap between them depending on when you need to use Orders from Above.
