I've often thought it was a shame Kenner only gave us one version of Darth Vader throughout the entire run of 3 3/4 inch figures. We got multiple versions of most main characters but not Vader. A simple thing for Kenner to have done would be to update the cape and add a skirt to the figure. No need for new moulds, just new fabric goods. So that is what I tackle today. Updating Vader to have a fabric skirt and cape to fit in with later Empire and Jedi style figures.
