This session shared the pioneering approach and the action plans that were drafted to adopt the inclusive resilience concept in the World Bank's South Asia disaster risk management portfolio, as well as discussed the way forward for the implementation of the ideas identified through these exercises. The session also included a participatory exercise with attendees to visualize the concept of inclusive resilience. This session aimed to advance the inclusive resilience concept at the project level in any region or countries, to disseminate sample action plans which include concrete inclusive resilience activities that project managers from the Government and development partners can customize for their projects, and to expand the inclusive resilience network and find various partners that will help countries implement the action plans.
