In this installment, Jeff shares his personal experience and opinion on two of the most popular Maxxis MTB tires, the Minion DHF and the DHR II. Although the DHR 2 tread pattern is intended to be a rear only tire it has become fairly popular to run it as a front tire as well. The debate for which tires tread pattern, rubber compound, or lug size gives better traction as a front tire will probably continue.
