This video is an in-depth guide to the fundamentals of 3v3 rotation in Rocket League. In this video, I go to the drawing board to show you what ideal positions look like for both offense and defense and then talk about how to rotate between those spots. After drawing out the postions I show replays of my own games to illustrate how these scenarios play out in real life. Since 3v3 is an incredibly complicated game mode it is impossible to create an exhaustive guide that will tell you where to go in every scenario. The good news is that this video will help you understand the baseline of 3v3 rotation that you can then build off of. You will always have to opportunities for mix-ups or adjustments. Simply put - if you master the "rules" of 3s, you will earn the right to break those rules.
