EPIC FAIL (Lifts at M&S Horsham) Please read the description!

I saw a few videos of these lifts on the internet, and I was drawn to them because I noticed that the right one pre - doored. This is very unusual for an ILE. I visited the lifts on my way back from my holiday in Kent, hoping that they were still here. They were, but, the right one was out of service. I went back home disappointed, so at home, I did some analysis of the videos of these lifts on YouTube. Unfortunately, looking at other people's footage, the feature was disabled between 9 and 4 years ago, which is when they changed the doors from Schindler doors (these are modernised Schindlers) to generic doors. I recently contacted them asking whether this feature could be re enabled, but unfortunately, the store manager at M&S Horsham did not care about my request, and dismissed it due to Health and Safety reasons, which is a joke as this feature complies with health and safety. I was very surprised to get a few quiet rides on the left one though - about 5 mins beforehand the lift was BUUUUUUUUUUUSY!!! Lift map! https://www.zeemaps.com/map?group=353...
