Welcome to this mindfulness practice which is also a bit of fun. You will need some “equipment” for this one:- Sheet of paper (around A4 size) Something solid to lean on (table, folder, notepad, book etc) Pen (or pencil) You will be guided you through all the instructions, and there is no "right" or "wrong". try to let go of any expectations you have, and enjoy the practice for the novelty it brings :) So let’s get started! (This mindfulness practice is guided by my Mum, Judy. She is a psychologist (a very good one at that!) and mindfulness practices are one of the many different tools and techniques that she uses as therapy in her sessions with clients. Not only are they therapeutic, but they're fun! These are things I like to do all the time too! Just because it brings me back in to a state of childlike wonder and creativity! ) Enjoy!
