In this video I show you my complete cable workflow in EPLAN, from device selection all the way to clean 3D placement. We start by selecting the right cable including accessories like cable glands directly in the device selection, no manual searching. EPLAN then automatically places the cores on the cable, and finally we place the cable gland with the correct tag in the 3D cabinet layout. The result: A consistent, error-free schematic and a 3D model that's correct from the start.
