Temu 4.5m Window Cleaning Set More Info and Purchase: https://tinyurl.com/2xwlodbu Buy Me A Coffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/marcoscu6 Blog: https://marcoscucom.wordpress.com/202... You can’t expect much for just £7.36, but I decided to give this window cleaning set a try before paying out for a dearer one from Amazon, which might not even be any better. In the plain, unbranded box, I received the head unit with side-by-side brackets for the squeegee mop and the rubber scraper (or whatever it is called). It comes with a 10 section pole: the top section with the head mount, a handle section, and eight extension tubes. The pole is made from lightweight but robust metal with each section screwing into the next, and it extends to 4.5m when fully assembled. Also included is a microfibre soft cover for the scraper head and two microfibre squeegees, one of which comes already fitted. No instructions or paperwork were included, and none was needed. It is a pity that no storage bag was included. Build quality seems OK, and better than I was expecting. The pole is made from lightweight metal, but it seems reasonably strong and is a decent compromise between weight, strength, and ease of use. I prefer the screw connection to locking bayonets for the pole as they are easier and more intuitive to use and have less to go wrong. Operation is easy enough. Attach the head to the end section of the pole and then add extensions to get the length you need. For close work, just the end section is enough, but when fully extended, the pole should reach upstairs windows OK. Unlike some expensive rivals, this one does not come with a hosepipe attachment to feed water to the head, and so an old fashioned bucket has to be used, which is a pain when working on upstairs windows. When fully extended the pole will sag noticeably, but does not break, but it is hard to use, so the fewer extensions needed, the better. That said, it works well enough. The mop head is good for normal cleaning with the scraper, and the cover is good to get the soap and suds off. I also found it very useful to get dirt and other debris from the sloping roof of my conservatory, thrown there by birds nesting in the eaves! No doubt better made and easier to use rivals are available, but for the price, this is hard to beat.
