Finally I get to try the nyonya kueh from Baba's Wife after almost two years of following (aka stalking) her Facebook page. Her kueh always sell out so quickly 😅. So happy when I managed to place this order successfully and even more wonderful (all thanks to the lockdown), she decided to deliver to the CBD too. First impression was how heavy the small box felt when it was handed over by the delivery person. When I started trying the kueh, it made perfect sense why the box felt so heavy. All three types of kueh were jam packed full of ingredients. No wonder her business is thriving in Melbourne's extremely competitive food scene. I have already ordered a set of her sweet nyonya Kueh to be delivered on 31 August, which happens to be Malaysia's Independence Day. Can't wait to try those together with all of you.
