This video documents the development and real-world testing of a reflective interaction prototype created as part of my Master’s degree in Digital Media & Global Communications at the University of Niagara Falls, Canada. 🧪 Here is a reflective interaction prototype tested with 5 users in real-world contexts. The “Taste of Me” printable module explores how symbolic illustration-based colouring may function as a brief cognitive engagement activity that supports momentary reflection without requiring written journaling or structured verbal responses. Participants were asked to engage with the prototype for approximately 5–15 minutes and complete an anonymous feedback sheet assessing perceived stress levels, attentional focus, and emotional state before and after the activity. This video serves as a creative process documentary (Reflective Design Inquiry Log), capturing the iterative development, physical prototyping, and pilot testing phase of the module in workplace environments. This submission is part of an academic deliverable exploring alternative non-verbal approaches to emotional processing and digital wellbeing through culturally informed visual storytelling.
