Here's Tim's genuine pushback: over 21 million Americans don't have easy access to those documents. 69 million women have a birth certificate that doesn't match their current legal name. A standard REAL ID doesn't even qualify. This isn't about keeping non-citizens out — noncitizen voting accounts for just 77 confirmed cases over 24 years. This is about keeping CITIZENS out.
