Phil Dumaligan, PT is a double Board-certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric and Neurologic Physical Therapy (GCS and NCS) and works in an outpatient neurologic setting as a Clinical Specialist. Ulysses Juntilla, PT, DPT is a Board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), sub-specializing in Osteopractic Physical Therapy and Certified in Spinal Manipulative Therapist.
