THE PERIOD OF SOCIALIST REVOLUTION AND CONSTRUCTION 1949年~1978年 中国共产党团结带领中国人民经过28年浴血奋战,新中国的曙光出现在东方地平线上。 1949年4月23日,中国人民解放军第一支海军部队一一华东军区海军在江苏泰州白马庙成立。 1950年4月14日,海军领导机关在北京成立。人民海军在中共中央、中央军委和毛泽东领导下,发扬自力更生、奋发图强的革命精神,坚持边作战、边建设、边发展,着力建设一支现代化的、富有攻防力的、近海的、轻型的海上战斗力量,发展海军航空兵、潜水艇、鱼雷快艇等“空、潜、快”为主的作战力量,胜利进行解放沿海岛屿、反袭扰反侦察、抗击美机入侵、收复被占岛屿等作战,坚决捍卫国家主权和领土完整。人民海军逐步形成了从海上到空中、从水面到水下从海岸到海岛较为完整的防御体系,为海军建设发展奠定了坚实基础。 After 28 years of strenuous struggle, the Chinese people, united and led by the CPC, came to the eve of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
