In this video I offer a detailed breakdown of the T6T7 ELDOA. This will be the first of a series, slowly working through the entire spine! I'd love your questions and feedback to help refine these videos to best serve my audience. Some post-video notes: The bra line usually sits at T7, not T6! I like to focus my breath into the ribcage to help create more decompression when performing T-Spine ELDOA. Visualize and direct your breathe into the back of your ribcage. The yoga blocks are helpful if you have trouble sitting on the floor without rounding your low back. If you can sit on the floor without rounding, you won't need them!
