Jotun Infusion is a type of cosmetic infusion. It is a rare drop from the challenge mode of the Secrets of the Obscure Strike Mission. You an also buy the infusion after completing the Cosmic Observatory strike mission on challenge mode. It requires the achievement "Legendary Cosmic Observatory Strike Mission" which is part of the Strike Missions achievement group. After completing the achievement, Jotun infusion can be bought from "Nikki the Lost" who is a Shard Collector merchant found in The Wizard's Tower.
