From Transition to Transformation: Katelyn Hedin on Reconnecting to Self Through Mind, Body & Spirit Katelyn Hedin has spent the last 10 years exploring healing modalities - Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, massage therapy, Reiki, and belief patterning work. Every transition she's moved through has shaped the work she offers women today. In this conversation, Katelyn shares her journey from California to Calgary, preparing for her daughter's birth in 2022, and the postpartum identity shifts that sent her deeper into mindset work and reconnection. She talks about how motherhood motivated her to create a business that let her stay home with her daughter, and how recent experiences of loss and grief matured her ability to hold grounded, compassionate space for others. Katelyn's intention is simple: create stillness and a safe container where women can be witnessed without needing to explain themselves. She helps them return to breath, body, boundaries, intuition, and sovereignty. She offers four types of sessions from her barn-based practice near Cochrane (about 20 minutes west of Calgary): Full body release massage (head-to-toe melt) Expanded Reiki-based energy work with boundary support and tuning forks Re-Pattern & Restore (belief patterning + Reiki + scalp/face massage for integration) Remember & Return (spirit-focused guided visualization with Reiki) Katelyn meets women where their nervous systems are.
