This policy roundtable explores ongoing dynamics and interactions in the EU’s external representation with one central question as a starting point: Who speaks for Europe? After an opening statement by the Chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the European Parliament, David Mc Allister, five practitioners and Think Tank analysts will sketch out the relationship - framed by EU law and shaped by practice - between the different actors with a role in the Union’s external representation. Astrid Worum, Head of the EPRS European Council Oversight Unit, will moderate the debate that will be followed by a Q&A with the onsite and online participants.
