The whole chaos started after the Congress leaders threatened the BJP leaders to unveil another CD, revealing BJP' corrupt practices. The BJP leaders then asked the Congress leaders to release the CD, this argument between the leaders led to the whole ruckus in the BBMP council meet. G K Venkatesh is the Congress leader who held an empty CD and threatened to unveil it. He also used singulars against the BJP leaders, which led to the whole chaos. The BJP and the Congress leaders fought it out with each other. When the Mayor attempted to present her argument amidst all the chaos, the leaders did not let the Mayor proceed. The BBMP leader iof of opposition, Padmanabha Reddy even tried to snatch the speech handout that the BBMP mayor possessed.
