I used four 800mm long drawer rails for stable operation. And, I made a 100mm high space inside the drawer for installation of cylinder solenoid adapter and so on. Install the guide bar to move with the cylinder rod. This guide bar is required for the installation of the stopper. Install the fixing plate on the rod of the cylinder And fix the guide bar. I used a cylinder with a diameter of 40mm and a distance of 650mm I hold small cylineder to be used as a stopper. This cylineder prevents the draw from coming from coming drwn when the air pressure is weak. ​I installed the spring to hold the load on the drawer I worked on the airline and electric wiring. The small cylinder moves according to the movement of the drawer. This stopper prevents the drawer from falling when the air pressure weakens. I made two drawers. It works together by connecting the connection jacks. The operation of the air cylinder is simpler than you think. The air cylinder moves by putting air pressure in the nipple on both sides of the cylinder. It is an equipment called a solenoid that determines which side to send air pressure. It sends an electric signal to the solenoid to determine the direction of the air pressure. Make a drawer and install a rail. The position of the rail is determined using double-sided tape. It is designed to illuminate the drawer, and when the drawer comes down, illuminate the inside of the drawer. The LED power line is connected to the wire and connector on the rawer. I'm done. Now I can use a space higher than my height. The LED lighting is beautiful, and the drawer moves smoothly.
