On Steelhead’s competitive edge: "We’ve put a tremendous amount of energy into making sure our customers are doing profitable work…we also leverage AI heavily. Our product is really broad and comprehensive…so we have a really extensive documentation library and then our team and our customers can use AI to really quickly learn a new segment.” Why Steelhead has a 95% success rate: “If you go to the hospital and say, I want to have a surgery, they don't just like, okay, come on in and start the surgery, right? we are very selective over which patients we do the surgery on, we focus on customers that we're a great fit for, that we feel we're a great fit for.” On the SaaS-pocalypse: “I think you need to deliver an outcome, not just software…make whole problems for your customer disappear instead of selling widgets to help an existing person inside of that business do some task or some workflow.”
