Lets scratch build a prone surf foilboard from Home Depot EPS foam. Part 1 of 2, in this video I make a blank from EPS foam, then shape into a "surfboard", make and installed a cassette/trackboxes and then give it a quick paint job. This board is designed a bit thicker with oddly shaped rails, its main purpose is not to be surfed but act as a delivery vehicle for the hydrofoil.
