Tag (Edward Albert), one of Texas' leading industrialists on his mission to infiltrate a Russian military compound where it is believed that experiments are taking place on advanced chemical gas warfare. After confiscating three barrels of the deadly gas he makes a dramatic and bloody escape back to North America where his company, Taggar Enterprises has been commissioned by the government to produce an antidote to the deadly chemical gases. King Kenderson (Joe Don Baker), a ruthless competitor to Taggar Enterprises steals the deadly gases and demands a $50 million ransom in exchange for the gases being exploded over the Texas skyline. In order to save North Texas from disaster, Tag and Paige (Audrey Landers) must abort the explosion and pursue King Kenderson for the final, violent confrontation.
