TRY-ON HAUL for the FIRST REBORN BABY DOLL I ever made! | Shopping For Reborn Baby Box Opening! Let's go shopping for reborn baby box opening!! This will be our realistic reborn baby (Realborn Callie's) first time wearing clothes and ohhhh my goodness does she look adorable! Reborn babies are beautiful fake baby dolls that look like real babies... their skin, their wrinkles, their details all resemble that of a real newborn baby. It is up to their reborn artist to bring them to life! I am a BRAND NEW REBORN ARTIST and Callie here is the FIRST REBORN BABY I'VE EVER DONE! Now that she is finished (you can watch an entire series of me painting her here on my channel), we have to go shopping for her box opening! A box opening is the traditional way in which a reborn artist will package and ship a baby off to their new mommy in a beautiful presentation that is fun and filled with gifts for the new mom. A box opening will generally include several outfits, accessories like socks, hats, mittens, hair bows and a pacifier, and usually a blanket that the baby is carefully wrapped in. I will be giving her to my youngest daughter who has been patiently waiting for me to finish her! Callie has taken me about 8 weeks and 70 hours to complete. Like I said, she was my first doll and I took my time painting her... but I am so happy with how she turned out!
