No commentary showcase of November 1993's Rise of the Triad prototype, still looking very Wolf3D, but this time around with a lot of half-implemented enhacements done to the engine: Unlocked framerate Uses WAD file for graphics. Uses DOS/4G memory manager No audio at all, no mouse, no strafing, no shooting Masked walls (with transparencies) Animated walls Shading / Depth Cueing Floor/Ceiling Textures Movement physics, with inertia and bouncing back when hitting a wall at a speed Can see planned weapons (Nerve gas?!) This showcase has the raw leak as-is in the first half, where it doesn't have much to show, and in the second half we can enjoy a custom made level tailored to show everything this prototype has to show. ----------- Muestra sin comentar del prototipo de Noviembre 1993 de Rise of the Triad, usando Wolfenstein 3D como base, aunque ya con muchas mejoras en el motor del juego: Tasa de frames sin límite Usa ficheros WAD para los datos Usa el gestor de memoria DOS/4G No tiene audio, ni control con ratón, ni strafe, ni opción para disparar Paredes en máscara (con transparencias) Paredes animadas Sombreado / Gradado de profundidad Texturas de suelo y techo Físicas de movimiento, con inercia y con rebote al impactar con paredes Se pueden ver las armas planeadas (Gas nervioso?!) Esta muestra tiene el leak tal cual al principio, donde no hay mucho que ver, y luego un mapa custom diseñado para mostrar todo lo que esta build tiene que ofrecer.
