Sewing for spring is so exciting if like me you can't wait to ditch the winter wardrobe! In this video I've picked out some key, wearable trends and then suggest the sewing patterns and dressmaking fabrics you could use to recreate them. All the spring trend sewing patterns and fabrics are linked so they are nice and easy for you to find. The key trends included oversized shirts, especially striped shirts, cargo pants, skirts and jackets, midi skirts often with a split at the front, romantic blouses, wide leg trousers and dresses with a more fitted silhouette than previous seasons, but still retaining pretty, feminine details such as ruffles, shirring and tiers.
